I have been trying unsuccessfully to add two cameras to ZoneMinder 1.24.2. I wish to use the H.264 RTSP streams for these cameras. The URLs given below in the debug output below both work solid in VLC, but I cannot figure out why they are not working in ZoneMinder.

I have built the x264 library and ffmpeg with H.264 as well:
