Unable to open events... ???

This one seems to have come up rather spontaneously... whenever I attempt to open an event to view the mjpeg stream, the window just kind of stalls while it's attempting to open...

I notice the following while I'm simultaneously tailing the logs:

Any ideas? Permissions on the events folder and its sub-folders look good.. I'm at a bit of a loss.. Not sure what I did to prompt this...
