zoneminder installation after，reboot. open browser, type 'localhost/zm'。zm console page appears。
(ZoneMinder Console -Stopped-v1.24.2)display，Add New Monitor after,How to enter the monitor page？Why show the Console -Stopped. Why?
Click stopped after，Run State page appears，
（Start） selection，（Apply） Button pressed，
