chrome streaming bug 5876

Hello all
So still having chrome streaming issues, I noticed the in functions.php
Which still seems to be very much true, but I'm slightly confused, is this the right bug /p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5876? (sorry can put the code google link in as a noob user)
Its marked as fixed but doesn't seem relevant?
