slow web access 0.06

I install with a remastered disk of my system on other PC's I have yet to have a problem.
This time around I installed on a fairly new PC. When I open firefox locally 127.0.0.1/zm the login is instant the monitors are instant when I click on them.

When I open it from another PC (tried 2 on the lan) it takes 10 seconds to 20 or more before I get the login page. Takes 20 seconds or more too login. Takes 1 minute or more just to open 1 monitor. Once I get the streem the video is instant with maybe a few millisecond delay.
I'm using a gigbit switch between all the pc's Ubuntu is auto dhcp from my pfsense router.
I have never seen this problem. ( I feel like I'm network browsing in windows) LOL

Changed the .conf to match the config in the above link now it's smoking fast!!
