TP-Link TL-SC3171?

TP-Link TL-SC3171?

I see the Wiki entry for the TP-Link TL-SC3171 (link), but has anyone used them enough to develop an opinion of them for easy of use, quality, IR, and anything else?

I'm looking at adding some inexpensive IP cameras to our analog camera coverage for better images, but I can't find a lot of info out there.
