i am looking for an ip camera with a small viewing angle

i am looking for an ip camera that has a very small width viewing angle and a clear picture. i cant find anything with snap shots and i dont want to buy a cam and find it dont work and then another and another.
i have a skycam310 viewing angle is not known i called there tech support and they told me "that model has no viewing angle" ok thanks tech support
i also have a axis 207w that has a 4.0 mm, F2.0, fixed iris, horizontal angle of view: 55°
i need something much smaller than 55deg any suggestions
and i would like to keep it in a price range of $100-150 or less
if i have to i can just go with a ptz that should fix my problem but there a few extra bucks
