Hi,

Any idea when the current 1.24.2 package vresion for Ubuntu will be updated to give us v1.25.0?
I have no idea how this actually gets done, but currently an apt-get zoneminder will only install version 1.24.2, would be good if this installed the latest stable version v1.25.0?

If you search the ZM wiki:

just follow these steps:

It installs ZM 1.25 from the GIT sources and not the ubuntu / apt-get sources.

I have been working on UBUNTU server/64 and have added:

mkdir /tmp/zm
chown www-data:www-data -R /tmp/zm

to the init script just after the

echo -n "Starting $prog: "

Not sure if this is reason that it has not come up every time, I am still testing but it does no harm
