No Video from Zoneminder

I'm setting up Zoneminder with your standard BTTV video capture card. xawtv reads the video well but I can't get Zoneminder to do the same.
I've looked at the logs and I see some errors but I have no idea how to fix them:
Full Log files on pastie org # 2853407 (Can't post URLs as a new user).
