RTSP error

Hi.

I just installed zoneminder, and unable to view any feed RTSP
I've this error:

You must have ffmpeg libraries installed to use remote camera protocol 'rtsp' for monitor 3	zm_monitor.cpp	2428

Something wrong on zoneminder or ffmpeg?

When i use vlc simply (rtsp://my_device), i can sea the feed coded with h264.
