Best affordable outdoor wireless security camera.

We have a large home on a large lot.
We've had A LOT of trouble with vehicle theft and vehicle prowling.
I want to set up a zoneminder system to primarily watch the vehicles parked in front of our house, the entrances to the house and our back alley.
I'm looking for affordable (<$150) wireless IP cameras.
The best I have found are the Foscom 8904/8905.
Is there anything better out there ?
Do these cameras have any shortcomings that I should be aware of ?
