Foscam FI8918W presets

I have a FoscamFI8918W working OK for pan and tilt but I can't seem to get the presets to work. I keep getting a message from web_js of $("contentForm").preset.getValue is not a function and I'm not sure if this is just a spurious message or it is the real cause of the presets not working.

Further investigation - the error seems to be a red herring. The real problem is that there is a setting on the camera itself which by default has presets switched off. Once you switch them on the ZM seems to work fine.

Would still be interested in why the getValue error is occuring.

Not sure what the problem was back in 2011 but presets work fine these days
