Extracting complete video file

Hello, I have started creating 4 hour video recordings and they record fine. I am trying to generate the video file at x25 times speed and I get a file but it is only half of the video missing almost 2 hours. Could I be missing something in options ? When i watch in the console it plays fine. Please help. Thanks.
