X10 PH7208 powerhorn + ZM 1.25

hi all,
I have see a lot of topic to play sound with Zoneminder when an alarm event occur.
But i would like de link Zoneminder with a powerhorn, for outdoor system.
ZM seems to be compatible with X10 modules (CM11 only ?) and my X10 search on the web guide me to this product : X10 PH7208. (It's a X10 PowerHorn)
I don't have X10 system at home. My 2 wishes are to activate lights ou electrical device with X10 plug and activate powerhorn in case of alarm. Is it possible ?
Is there something else needed to make X10 work with ZM ? (some kind of adaptor or anytxhing else ?)
