add GPS support

Anything you want added or changed in future versions of ZoneMinder? Post here and there's a chance it will get in! Search to make sure it hasn't already been requested.

Will add a possibility output in the frame the information on speed, coordinates from GPS receiver, for use in the carPC.

Yes Please!! This would be a very useful feature for a car DVR and I would love to see this in action on ZoneMinder.
