how monitor pci video card with saa7134 chip?

good, I'm trying to control a 4-channel card video pci chip saa7134 with ZoneMinder, I installed everything, I installed php5, apache2, and ZoneMinder v1.24, but when I'm setting the monitor I can only enter the General tab and none of the other tabs (source, timestamp, buffers, misc) so I can not configure anything else, and I was wondering if anyone knows what can be? and another thing would be someone can give me a step by step tutorial on how I configure the card pci April 4 channels to be used in zonemider
