Modect green but modect not working

Hi all,
I was able to configure my camera, and see its streamed video but the motion detection is not working.
When editing zone (All), no image is display. White image holder with laber "Zone Image" is displayed.
Does anyone know how to get zones working when no image is displayed in the zones?
