Video distorted on Ubuntu 11.10

Hi there. I have a logitech camera connected to my Ubuntu Server 11.10. I can capture stills wtih streamer and they are fine, however, in ZM the video is streaming but essentially static (as in fuzzy, not immobile) Any ideas? I installed from the repo.
