ChinaENCODER with RTSP stream [HELP PLEASE]

Hi all, I installed ZoneMinder 1.24 and I managed to configure my webcam, but now I want to configure a China encoder , it outputs a stream rtsp video encoding and I can decide the video encoding: or H264 or MJPEG. I can also decide the height and length, the frame rate and bit rate. but I can not and do not know how to configure ZoneMinder ....

I enclose a screenshot of the panel encoder

should be nice if you mention the manufacturer, type and sollution to this forumboard!
Or better, make an short wiki posting
Zoneminder @Ubuntu 11 server, ZM 1.25.0 , FFMPEG, 4 Analoge cameras, 1.6ghz P4mobile, 2GB ram, 60GB-HDD.
I also have an (homeseer) domotica system up-and-running with touchscreens,light controllers,weather forecast etc.
