I have written here before, but i will start a new thread since the old one is really messy.
Some basic info:
OS: Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS fully updated.
Camera Card: http://www.camsecure.co.uk/PCIECapture.html (No Audio) the chipset is SAA7134 as far as i know.
Camera: CV31 (http://www.svat.com/productDisplay.php? ... ryNumber=0)

If have done the following things:
Added "sleep 15" before "zmfix -a" (as stated here: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... e_easy_way)
Added www-data to the group video (i think?) "adduser www-data video"
Applied a fix (http://www.freshports.org/multimedia/zo ... mory.pm.in)
(changed $arch to be 32 in Memory on line 130, our $arch = 32;)
Added the rule from here: http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/Debian_Squeeze
And also ran "modprobe saa7134 card=2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2".
