TCP trigger has failed after a reboot; what to look for?

Old server 1.22.3-4
has 10 IP cams on it that worked perfectly since build.
Has 11 analog cams still working
IP has not changed
Testing the TCP connection from the axis cam results in "connection successful!"
Zmtrigger.pl is running
What should I be looking for?
