Just a quick post and that my compro ip540 the day & night ip network cam works like a charm.
System: Ubuntu Server 12.04 64 Bits.
Add another cam and input theses settings

Simple
Remote Host Name
admin:password@YOUR IP540 IP ADDRESS

24 bit colour
Remote Host Path
/mjpeg.cgi
Capture Width (pixels)

Capture Height (pixels)

Leave everything the same and save.

One thing i cant get to work yet is the PT so if anyone can get it to work, Post back
