Camera stream not showing up

I have zm set to high bandwidth, and it detects motion fine. I can view the photo images, but I cannot view the recorded video or the live video stream via the web console. There are no errors in the log except this one that appears every so often:
I'm not sure if that error is relevant or not, but I watched the socks folder and saw *.sock files appearing and quickly disappearing.
I had ffmpeg 20120509-1 and cambozola 0.92-1, and I tried replacing cambozola with v0.22 from the Downloads page and it has not helped the issue.
