ZoneMinder+Perl-Doc == "BLA BLA BLA" LOL

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to customize and improve ZoneMinder. from the beginning through perldoc, I noticed that the description does not exist! In fact, the description is just a "blah blah blah" LOL. But it's not a problem, I made some changes to the translation into Italian, then I wanted to check my analog PTZ (Pelco-D, connected to an encoder that converts the signal into digital me) but without success.
You know you recommend a encoder (digital video servers) that allows me to also control the PTZ?
You know give me some tips on building a new web interface? (I'm studying all the source code and I'm almost done).
