I'm using now a PC whit AM2 4200+ CPU whit 8 GB ram and RAID 1 software whit 2 TB 5400RPM HD whit CCTV card whit 8 PHILIPS SAA1794 chip .
I'm now on Debian 6 whit 1.24.2 Zoneminder (i have try Centos and 1.25 but it's the same) .
I have 2 Axis M3014 at 800x500 ( the live view on the camera is OK ) and 1 CCTV camera , i have a 24 port gigabit switch ( from Cisco) and the network is OK.
All the camera is on "modect" mode and have Maximum FPS at 5 and Alarm Maximum FPS at 8. The cctv camera have 720x576 resolution and 24 RGB colour and the axis have 800x500 / 24rgb.
Please help me.

Hi, it is hard to give an answer to such a general question.
How much linux experience do you have? Have you investigated which processes are causing this? Have you tried going step by step and seeing WHEN cpu starts working at 100%?

For start read really carefully helpfull wiki page - http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/FAQ

I'm a Linux expert. The process is zma that use 30 % for each camera ( 3 camera = 90 % ) and zmc that are constantly at 20 % .
I have try improved jpeg library http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewto ... 9&start=60 but is the same .
I think that Axis M3014 isn't a good choice for zoneminder but is strange that i can't use the system.
Thank's for your reaply.
