DVR DAHUA 3116 (RTSP)

Hi, all.
I have a subj DVR
It can be connected by RTSP in VLC by:
$ vlc "rtsp://192.168.10.101:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=00&authbasic=YWRtaW46YWRtaW4="
But, when i try to connect in Zoneminder 1.24.2, i had no result..
that the same result I got, when try connect as ffmpeg stream..
(I had correct data base in ZM/Monitor/Path from varchar(64) to varchar(255) )
