Problems connecting IP cameras

I am in his company's cameras GeoVision GV-BOX110. So far, four tabs opened in IE and you could see an image of them. I found ZoneMind and decided to connect them. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts I am not able to log in and download their images. Have any of you had dealing with these cameras and was able to connect?

Increased the memory and still the same

Perhaps you don't have enough ram for the shared memory you've allocated? Try these values (don't know why, just a hunch) (kernel.shmall = 32 MB, kernel.shmmax = 512 MB)
kernel.shmall = 33554432
kernel.shmmax = 536870912

I read the manual from start to finish and I have not found how to connect using the username and password typed in the url. The camera supports RTSP, but check what ports are open I have only
