What is the best way to put a remote display of a single camera so that visitors can see CCTV is in operation?

Also is there a specific option in ZM to prevent web access from anywher other than localhost or is it just Apache?

Cheers

Ok, My FW was blocking the HTTP request. Sorted that.

Any ideas for a simple DISPLAY only front end?

one of the few draw backs of zoneminder.
but, since the features are there for almost everything else,
well worth it.
how about splitting the video signal before it gets to ZM ?

there are other ways but I've used video amps to split
the video, modulate some of the cams into TV channels,
then and blend them into the cable system.
this was done for them to ck key cams from any TV in the home.

blending into the cable is not for everybody. it's a PITA.
however in your case, you could
1- split the video of that one cam
2- use a channel modulator and connect it to a TV
it's an idea

I have had to set up a PC running FFox with the single camera view maximised fulls creen and scaled 1.5 .

It's not gr8 , but it sort of works.

Idealy a Ultra Simple full screen view with no controls would be good. I can get that directly from the camera but then you can't be sure ZM is working at all.
