PurgeWhenFull filter...how is the disk percent calculated

I have scoured Google, the wiki and forums for an answer to this question and haven't been successful in finding one. I have the PurgeWhenFull filter set to start deleting oldest events when Disk Percent reaches 90. How is that 90 determined? Here's why I'm asking...
My system has four partitions setup on two physical disks/arrays:
sda1 500MB /boot
sda2 4GB swap
sda3 55GB /
sdb1 22TB /var/www/zm
Zoneminder is obviously installed on sdb1. The whole drive is mounted to that single directory. I just want to make sure that the disk percent is going to be looking at that drive, because the boot drive will never reach 90%, but that second drive will.
Thanks for any insight on this!
