Get video from non v4l devices

Hello erverybody,

i have a very cheap USB-Videograbber (Easycap DC60) with somagic chipset.

I fount a driver-project http://code.google.com/p/easycap-somagic-linux/.

Unfortunately there is no v4l kernel module available on the raspberry pi, so i only get the video with the somagic-capture tool.

This is a command-line tool wich can pipe the vidio e.g. to mplayer.

Is it possible to get the video into Zoneminder without using Video4Linux?
