Recommend an IP PoE bullet cam with >= 1280x720 resolution?

I'm currently using a pair of Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 for monitoring my carport and the area in front of the house. Last night someone tried the doors on the car and the webcams completely missed it (no night vision), so I'm in the market for some replacements. I've had my eye on the TRENDnet TV-IP322P which is currently $350 on Amazon, but I would need a ~$70 lens to make it wide angle. At that point the cost is getting close to the fancy IP cameras such as the D-Link DCS-7513 or the baffling array of Vivotek cameras.

I would like a PoE IP camera, no pan or zoom, night vision, bullet style camera with a resolution of at least 1280x720. Slightly higher resolution would be fine, but more than 1600x1200 seems like overkill. And of course it has to work with ZoneMinder.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I want POE, but I found the wonder of passive poe splitter cables. These let you run power and IP down the same piece of ethernet. Don't run it through a switch though, it has to be on the final hop to the camera however long that maybe.

You'll need a waterproof junction box to put the cables in if its outside, but thats easy enough. Opens up a world of camera options.

Im just using AVTech AVN257 from ebuyer (quick find 434098) for £86. They take the M12 lenses You just have to be firm and patient but the front of the camera does un-screw. I have fixed mine into IR only mode. This allows the focus to be correct at day and night at the expense of colour. It also means headlights/torchs/floodlights dont make the camera bounce in and out of night vision mode. Not HD but D1 (720x480) however the picture is a lot clearer than my ubnt aircam than runs at 1280x720. Its not all about pixels.

I hear you about the pixel count not being the end all be all. The quality of the lens and camera design makes a big difference. I looked up the AVTech AVN257, and it costs about $165 in the US. After much looking I found that I can get the Dahua IPC-HFW2100 for $150, and they get pretty good reviews. One downside is that I have to replace the default lenses (8mm) with some wider angle lenses, but that sounds like it is pretty simple.
