List of chipsets known to work with Zoneminder

I see a lot of folks whom share a manufacturer or model number of a specific card, but I find it much more useful to know the chipsets of the cards that work, as this is the determining factor of the likelihood of success. So is it possible that people could share what cards they are using in their zoneminder installation, the chipset it uses, the modprobe configuration, and the driver they needed to install (if any). I will be more than happy to update this first post with an accurate list and update the Wiki if we start to get some decent new information (the wiki does not seem very up-to-date right now). Thanks.
