desktop of other systems connected through LAN

How to see the desktop of other systems connected through LAN ? I had seven desktop systems connected via LAN. I would like to see all the desktop of my workgroup in my monitor as a thumbnail as the window of CCTV camera used for security purpose.
Is there any software for this purpose ? Whether Windows can solve the issue. We are using different OS in these systems. Viz win 7, XP Professional, & Win 2003.
