Hello Everyone,
I have 4 cameras that send a RTSP stream as follows:
rtsp://192.168.1.105/live/mpeg4
I can access and view the cameras if I open the stream with a video program like VLC, but when I configure them in ZoneMinder and then try to open the image, I get a "No main content type" message after the Java applet loaded.
Do you know what causes that and how to solve it?
I can ping the cam IP from my ZM server.
Bellow is the cam configuration in ZoneMinder:
Thanks!

Change your monitor general tab source type to ffmpeg and reconfigure.

Hi, I get the same error with the following configuration
I also tried using rtsp://192.168.1.105/live/mpeg4 as source path

Still having this issue, any ideas?
Re: "No main content type" while trying to open rtsp camera
View your camera in a browser and look at the source or properties and verify the resolution is 640*480. If it is set the camera resolution in it's firmware to 320*240 and adjust in ZM also to see what happens.

Also verify the cameras path as you read through the source info.
Re: "No main content type" while trying to open rtsp camera
Well, that's the thing, I can view the stream from VideoLAN but not from ZoneMinder,
VideoLAN says the frame is 640x480, and it opens it with that URL
rtsp://192.168.1.105/live/mpeg4
Is there any way to check if ZoneMinder actually gets the stream but is not able to show it in the browser?

Re: "No main content type" while trying to open rtsp camera
I was using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
I've rebuilt with Ubuntu 12.10 64bits, no password for the mySQL root, and it worked.
I followed this guide:

Thanks
