Corrupted frames from ffmpeg stream (Dahua webcam)

Hello,

I have a Dahua IPC-HFW2100 linked to zoneminder by the ffmpeg stream ..

Sometime I get corrupted frames from Dahua which trigger motion detection on zoneminder for nothing .. (see below)

Here is my config :
monitor
source type : ffmpeg
max fps : 15
alarm max fps : 15
source path : rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.2.41:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0?tcp
ffmpeg 0.8.6-6:0.8.6-1ubuntu2 from ubuntu 13 release .. (maybe this is the problem ... can I switch to avconv ?)

Do you have any idea how to avoid this ?

I found a workaround .. Thanks to zoneminder Great software !!!
I setup my motion detection to trigger only if at least 3 frames are alarmed frames ..
As those corrupted frame are single the motion detection is not triggered anymore

Hello,

Good news concerning this corrupted frames issue ...

I upgraded to latest firmware on camera yesterday evening (2.210.0000.0.R, build : 2013-03-13)
and I have not getting corrupted frames for one day .. so I think it definitevely solved the issue ...

So it was not related to zoneminder neither network
