Looking for Zone Minder Expert, will pay

Well, title says it all.
I have a small company and want to use ZoneMinder to provide video surveillance services. I don't have much time to research all the little problems I come across so I want to pay somebody to help me out. If you are interested, send me your email so I can contact you. I will want a CV, references for current ZM installations you did/run and if they check we can discuss an hourly rate.
