Trigger record on one monitor from motion on another monitor

I've been reading through the documentation, but I can't seem to find an answer to this:
I have a Dahua HFW3200C which is a full HD (2MP) camera capable of 25fps output. The server I'm running ZoneMinder on (a dual-core HP Microserver - 2.2GHz) is not man enough to monitor more than a single camera at 15fps when checking for motion at full resolution.
However, one great feature the Dahua camera has is the ability to simultaneously output two different video streams at different bitrates and resolutions.
What I want to do is have ZoneMinder look for movement in the low res stream (set up as one monitor), and when it detects it, to trigger recording of the hi-res stream configured as another monitor at 15fps. When not in a triggered state, the hi-res monitor would be disabled (or recording at, say, 1fps).
Can this be done?
