What settings for the HP HD-2200 USB Webcam?

I have the HP HD-220 USB Webcam and I would like to use it with Zoneminder. I'm stuck on what options I need to put in for 3 different settings. Those are: device channel, device format, and capture pallete. Can anyone tell me what settings to use for those?
