axis q6032-e and p5532-e camera not working in zoneminder

Hello,
I would like to use Zoneminder with 2 PTZ Axis camera's.
model q6032-e and p5532-e
the settings mentioned on http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/Axis are not working for the q6032-e
anyone an idea ?
these settings are not working:
Remote Protocol: HTTP
Remote Method: Simple
Remote Host Name: <user>:<password>@<hostname or IP>
Remote Host Port: 80
Remote Host Path: /mjpg/video.mjpg
Remote Image Colours: <24 bit color|32 bit color>
Capture Width (pixels): 704
Capture Height (pixels): 480
I already tried some other Axis camara settings (from other models mentioned on the website) but not working.
does anyone has an idea what's wrong ?
