Hello,

i want to use an eyetoy camera on an raspberrypi. Experimental I started on my HP 2510p Notebook running Linux Mint 15 (3.8.0-19-generic). I installed Zoneminder, Apache .... made a link to apache and added www-data to video group. When I opened the Webinterface I cant get an Image of my Webcam. Is see only green jittering screen

I seached for solotions with the eyetoy camera but i got no results

I installed cheese (simple webcam program) and the webcam works perfekt with it. What I have to set up in zoneminder to use the webcam? Device Format? Capture Palette?

There are more entries, maybe one of them has the solution for you...

Hello PacoLM,

thank you for you quick answer. You are right i had better search this bord or I done a mistake and skiped the post. I've exactly the same problem like patman in this post, but there is no answer to get an eyetoy camera working. I can't find informations about the configuration ....

Perhapst I've to install additional driver or mods ... but the cam is working with cheese

By the way, my knowlege in linux is not so good
