Can not see stream, different problem than usual

Hi All
I have zoneminder 1.25.0 installed on a 12.04 ubuntu server using a avtech ip camera.
Everything was working fine untill i installed rtorrent on the same box, now i cant see the stream, if i try to view zoneminder through a https address i get a java login prompt but its looking my login details for rutorrent, through the http address i dont get the login prompt but still cant see the stream.
This is the message i see

I know its a permission thing but cant figure out where to look or how to fix it.
