Thakral 6800 E DVR PC card

I just ran accross this card. 8 channels, up to 32 cams. It's an older model from a chinese co. that seems out of service and thus no info on drivers etc. I just need it for video capture for security. My bios recognizes there is a multimedia PCI card plugged in but the manf ID is unkown. It shows no video designations in /dev so it's really not there for intents and purposes.

Anyone had experience with this card? or how to get it to produce and recognize the /dev/video device?

I'm running Ubuntu server Precise on a poweredge 1800 server.
