Anyone know what causes the input to flicker green and pink like this?

Hi,

I'm not a guru, is it a IP cam or an analog cam? If it's an analog cam, could be a bad cable. If it's a Foscam/clone, I have read that there are problems due to high light exposure.

Its a bttv pci card with an analog camera on it.

Someone must have seen this type of picture, surely.
