I have a couple of DCS-930L cameras. I know Zoneminder does not support audio. Does installing ffmpeg lets you record in both video and audio when switched over mpeg mode?
is there additional hardware required?

Re: Dlink DCS-930L and audio
Doesn't Zoneminder store all video as JPGs internally (even if you use ffmpeg?), and hence, there's STILL going to be no audio support?moosport wrote:Does installing ffmpeg lets you record in both video and audio when switched over mpeg mode?
I like your lateral thinking, but don't fancy your chances of getting it to work ...
