iphone as ip webcam

I have Zoneminder 1.25 up and running on Ubuntu 12.04.3 Server.

My question is this: Is is possible to use an iPhone an a remote webcam streamed to Zoneminder?
I have a webcam app running on the iPhone and am able to access it from the url. However, I can't find the correct settings to add the monitor. I need the Remote Host Path, I think.

Any help would be great.
