Foscam camera can not be connected to FTP?

I have a Foscam FI8918W and need to upload alert pictures to my FTP by its motion detection, but I still can't get the FTP to work after many long attempts. The instructions seem to be written by someone who used english as a second language and I can't get the point, whats the settings and options?

It appears that there are three settings involved with sending images via ftp.
1. Network - FTP settings: This should be pretty straight forward. Make sure you test the settings with the Test button!
2. Video - Snapshot Settings: Alarmed Pictures Saved to - FTP
3. Alarm - Motion Detection: Check Enabled and Take Snapshot
Make sure you save settings after each step.
There are a lot of other settings in these cameras that are probably not needed for your FTP. It appears that you do not need to set a schedule.
