I purchased this camera off eay $105 delivered from China
IPS 1.0 Megapixel 2.8-12mm 4xZoom Indoor/Outdoor P2P IP Dome 720P Camera With POE Model IPS-EO1324

I haven't found a lot of information on the WEB about the camera and got the URL from the manufacturer.
Hope the info may be of help to someone else.

The URL is rtsp://IPAdress:554/11 for 1280x720 stream and rtsp://IPAdress:554/12 for 640x360 stream
I have it working in ZM using ffmpeg as source type and rtsp://username:password@ipaddress/12?tcp as source path
