Zoneminder 1.26.4 on Ubuntu 12.04 from source

I have used Zoneminder for a long time and I always do it from source. I just downloaded the latest version and it doesn't use ./Configure scripts does anyone have a source walk thru for the latest version? I tried the upgrade and toasted my server I was going to do it clean form source. Call me a control freak but I like thing configured my way....

I did a download tonight from github and you can still use configure, did you run ./bootstrap.sh first ?

OK I done a .deb install and hacked the config the way I like now I and working on the h264 stuff.
