Foscam image fuzzy on 1.26.4

Hi Everyone,

Just installed Zoneminder 1.26.4 on Ubuntu 12.04 using
http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... e_easy_way (didn't do dist-upgrade), as Ubuntu 13.x doesn't work with the repos for 1.26.4

My Foscam FI8904w and FI8905W work perfectly

My Foscam FI8602w the image produce is all blotchy and fuzzy moving along the screen. I have two of these, both the latest firmware, doing the exact same thing. Screen shot attached, I am using FFMPEG to capture from the camera. When I test the RSTP stream using VLC the image is perfect.

I assume that means its probably ffmpeg?? any ideas on how to rectify? thanks

Is there a particular reason for wanting to use FFMPEG?
Try streaming using REMOTE instead.
