gv800 camera feed duplicated

gv800 feed on video1(0) is duplicated on video1(2)
this is a 16 port card ad is recognized as such as far as I can tell, any ideas?

Guess: "Options/Config/Captures Per Frame" -- what have you set there?
I found that with "1", trying to run multiple analog cameras on a BTTV capture card got the same picture on multiple inputs due to being overeager in grabbing the picture before the multiplexer had changed inputs.
Try setting "2" or "3", does that help (it will slow the frame rate as it has to grab 1, throw it away, grab 1 to use!)
